No email address on your record? Then no link can reach you, and this form cannot help. Write to info@nagva.org and NAGVA can add an email address to your record. Expect to be asked for someone who can vouch for you — your team captain or a Regional Commissioner — because a NAGVA number is printed on line-up sheets and does not prove who is asking.
